As you may have heard, our own Matt Sment has recently purchased an “Adventure Van” as a catalyst for his cross-country fishing expeditions. Everyone at Tenkara Angler applauds Matt on his most excellent purchase. There’s just one problem… the van’s paint job is generically all white and it’s super boring. Where’s all the fishy flair? And that’s where you come in!
We’re recruiting artists of all ages and skill levels to take a shot at giving Matt’s Adventure Van a fresh coat of “paint.” Download the coloring page below and get out your crayons, markers, stickers, colored pencils, watercolors, glue and glitter, or edit digitally if you choose… whatever, and let’s give Matt some inspiration by showing him how even more rad the exterior of his van could really be!
As for your masterpieces, we’ll post them all on the website, select a winner, and that winner will claim a generous prize pack that includes a 2025 print issue of Tenkara Angler magazine, a piece of Tenkara Angler swag of their choice, and a to-be-determined rod from our pile of sample rods. Have fun, but please use common sense, no profanity or inappropriate sexual imagery you sickos. - Email your submission in digital form – photo or scan of paper print out, or digital copy in JPG, PNG, or PDF format – to staff@tenkaraangler.com
- Contest runs from December 15th 2024 to January 5th 2025.
All email submissions must be dated prior to January 6th, 2025 12AM, Eastern time. - All contest submissions grant Tenkara Angler an exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, perpetual license to publicly display on tenkaraangler.com or in associated social media or marketing channels.
