I know I’m dating myself here, but remember the Sunday newspaper? In addition to all the normal news, it used to be full of extra sections with interesting community & lifestyle stories, a TV guide insert, retail inserts & coupons, and at least where I was from, the Comics. We didn’t get the daily newspaper at my house, but we always got the Sunday edition, and when I was a kid, it was fun to page through it each weekend.
I thought our version of a Sunday newspaper might be a novel way to serve up some things we find interesting in the tenkara and fixed-line world, but that also might not be “article-worthy” on their own. Plus, it’s a way of helping support some of your favorite content creators, brands, and community forums. So I’m going to try and shepherd a “Sunday Morning Riffles” post moving forward. Now these might not be released every Sunday, but one of the Tenkara Angler editors will write one regularly enough to keep your attention. That is, if you read it. We hope you will.
