It’s been a few months since we’ve given away a tenkara rod… let’s change that in November and offer up a lightly used rod from the collection of Tom Davis!
This month we’re going to give away the ESZ Rivermaster Z2 4.5m tenkara rod, a rod featuring a 15-foot length that provides extra reach and is perfect for large water and lake fishing! This rod carries a $179 MSRP when purchased new.
As a matter of fact, Tom concluded his review of the Rivermaster Z2 rod as follows: “I like this rod. It’s difficult to make a well behaving 4.5 meter tenkara rod, and I think that ESZ has done a good job. I appreciate its low weight, reasonable rotational moment, and pleasing flex action.”

Note, this is not a brand new rod. This is the ESZ Rivermaster Z2 the Tom Davis measured and fished to create this rod review, so it is used but in “very good” condition. The one tip cap even comes with a tip cap holder installed!
