Just watched the podcast, very enjoyable. Being a long time tier I still picked up some new information. Thanks to all.
Appreciate the comment, some interesting takes for sure in this pod.
Thanks for sharing all flies! I’ve got some more ideas put in my stuff to try list. My big goals this year are to experiment with bright colors and to learn (and fish) British stillwater dabblers and bumbles as bob flies. I think the problems those flies are trying to solve are very applicable to New England’s tumbly, peaty waters.
You’ll have to let us know how that experimentation works out. Would love get get some feedback.
Really great episode. I got some ideas of things to try. I think I like tying as much as fishing and I’m ending up with more flies than I’ll probably be able to realistically fish.
