The Native Fish Coalition (NFC) is currently running a fundraising raffle featuring a generous donation of tenkara rods and accessories from Red Brook Tenkara!
Three RBT Ranger complete backcountry tenkara sets ($150 MSRP) are up for grabs, with raffle tickets being sold 1 for $10 and 3 for $25. Only 100 tickets will be sold, so your odds will be far better than playing this weekend’s Powerball.
For those not familiar with the NFC, their mission is to “Protect, preserve, and restore native fish populations through stewardship of the fish and their habitats.” Executive Director Bob Mallard is a friend of Tenkara Angler, writing an article for our Summer 2017 print issue.
Founded in 2017, the Native Fish Coalition has chapters in 13 states from Maine to Alabama. To learn more about the NFC, their grassroots initiatives, and perhaps to consider membership, visit their site HERE.
